Head of Goalkeeping and First Team Goalkeeper Coach at MLS club, FC Cincinnati, having also enjoyed a spell with Montreal Impacts Head of Goalkeeping & first team goalkeeper coach.

Jack was also an integral part of the goalkeeping staff at EPL side West Bromwich Albion, being responsible for goalkeepers from the age of 7 to 21, delivering a technical program that produced 5 England youth internationals in 5 years.
