First team goalkeeper coach at Brentford FC, Andy has worked at the top level of English football for nearly 20 years, as well as being a highly respected coach educator for the England FA.

Having enjoyed a long and successful spell at Stoke City, Andy has also worked with some of the best goalkeepers to have played in the Premier League, including Jack Butland, Thomas Sorensen and Asmir Begovic.

Making his return to the GkNexus platform, is Brentford FC goalkeeper coach, Andy Quy. Following on from his hugely popular 1v1 session in late 2019, Andy has delivered another engaging practical session, focusing on improving the goalkeepers ability to deal with service from wide areas.

Andy ensures the goalkeepers face a variety of crosses and shots, from varied positions on the pitch, which encourages the goalkeepers to be positive in their positioning and the decision making process on how the deal with the service.
