ross ballantyne

UEFA GK A licensed goalkeeper coach and current first team goalkeeper coach for Queen of the South. Ross is also the lead academy goalkeeper coach at Hearts. Ross has also worked at Premier League side, Livingston, winning league championships and has worked with goalkeepers such as Liam Kelly and Robby McCrorie.

Owner and Director at Savehands Goalkeeping Academy, giving Ross incredible experience of working with goalkeepers from youth level, through to the professional ranks.

In what is his debut session for GkNexus, Ross Ballantyne delivers a fantastic session around footwork and handling, which can also be used for social distance goalkeeper training and within your pre-season programme.

With a simple set up and 3x goalkeepers, Ross showcases his creativity in designing sessions with limited equipment, whilst asking for game related actions and movements from his goalkeepers
