Current AFC Ajax goalkeeping coordinator and head of academy goalkeeping. Rene is responsible for the implementation of the goalkeeping curriculum across the youth levels, creating a pathway of opportunities, to the first team level.

Rene has been in his role at the Dutch giants for 10 years, having also enjoyed a spell at ADO Den Haag and also presents at worldwide goalkeeping conferences, including our partners at the International Goalkeeper Coaches Conference.
