Welcome to your ‘mentee hub’ for the GkNexus mentor program. Within this area, you will find everything you need to know about the mentor program, to enable you to maximise your developmental opportunity, throughout your journey on the program.
Within this section, you will be able to upload your assignments, refer to the program calendar, navigate your way through future assignments, receive the latest program updates and so much more.

MICRO TASKS
Each month of the program, you are asked to complete 1x micro task, as an individual. These range from your individual development plan, to match day analysis / scouting books. These modules will enable you to focus on your individual development, in multiple areas.
MONTHLY ASSIGNMENTS
An integral part of our mentor program, is the opportunity for you to excel within our assignments. These are designed to develop you within multiple areas, critical to the role of the goalkeeper coach. You will work within groups and as an individual, as you complete these rewarding assignments.
MENTEE MONTHLY ZOOM CALL
Every month, our mentee group will enjoy a virtual meeting, as we get together to engage with each other and learn from your mentor, Eric Steele. Within each call will be 'live' feedback from your mentor on all assignments and general queries, with new assignments delivered with supportive discussions around their completion.
GUEST MENTOR EPISODES
Every month, we invite guest mentors on to our program, to interact and engage with our mentees, on multiple aspects of goalkeeping and coaching. Our guest mentors have a wealth of experience in the game and offer guidance on subjects such as strength and conditioning, team/individual psychology strategies, tactical systems of play and much more.
'1 TO 1' MENTOR SESSIONS
Throughout the program, you will get the opportunity to meet privately with your mentor, Eric Steele, to enjoy individual mentor sessions, designed to support you as a coach. These mentor sessions are specific to you and your own development, allowing you to flourish within your coaching environment and grow as a goalkeeper coach.
